Notes from the Chapel
Looking for a good set of plans? We have something even better...
Have you ever had to make something yourself? Maybe a woodworking project, or a good home-cooked meal? As a landscaper, a luthier, and a lover of all things construction I am constantly building (and fixing) things. Let me tell you, it always helps to have a good plan before starting a project! When we have a good plan, we know what we're aiming for, and we can always make sure we’re on the right track.
Well, the good news is that when we involve God in our lives, we have something even better than a good set of plans; we have the master architect too! It's like having Ricardo in the kitchen with us, or Mike Homes in our workshop! We don’t always know the best way to build our life, but getting the plan and walking alongside the great architect—who we know as God—makes all the difference.
So let us pray in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Lord our God, you are the architect of life,
and the giver of every good thing.
We offer to you today the life within us,
and we ask for your help as we seek to build a life of meaning,
and a life of generosity.God bless you always in Christ,
Chris Vonesch

It is believed that since Kateri’s death, many miracles have been performed through her intercession.
Have you ever thought about becoming a saint? Becoming a saint means loving … -

We start off the week with an opening Mass in Kemptville with students and teachers from every school in …

Pro-Life issues
The march for life is an opportunity to raise our hearts and our voices for the rights of all human beings regardless of their age or health, celebrating the dignity of each and every human being. But its special focus is the rights of the unborn. Taking part in this public demonstration is a way of standing up for the rights of those who are not able to stand for themselves—and it is a lot of …
