Parent Meeting on March 20 at STA

We would like to invite all parents and students of this year's exchange program to an information session to be held on March 20, at 6:00 in the library of STA.

During the meeting, we will this agenda:

• Packing Information
• Communication during the Trip
• Preparing to Host a Boston Student in May
• Question Period

It is important that we as many students and parents attend the meeting. Please confirm your attendance with Mr. Lafleur.

Student To-Do List

All participants in this year's program must submit a photocopy of their passport to the office.

Please also complete and return the Exchange Student Information Sheet. The file can be found below.

If you have a part-time job, contact your employer immediately about taking two weeks off.

Parent To-Do List

Please apply for a security check at your local OPP station. The school has written a letter, which you should present upon your application. It simply request a security check for the Boston Exchange Program.
