Welcome to ENG 2D!

I'm looking forward to teaching you this term. Although you will find useful files and links on this class webpage, please note that we will be using these two platforms mostly:

• Microsoft Teams
  
• D2L (or Brightspace)

You will have access to our Class Notebook via Teams.  This notebook will include all handouts and assignments.

You will be asked to use the Dropbox in D2L to submit your assignments.

This term, we will analyze a variety of literary texts, including these:

• Maus II by Art Spiegelman
• Night by Elie Wiesel
• Animal Farm by George Orwell
  

As we look ahead to the Literacy Test (usually at the end of March), we will practice writing the following texts:

• Opinion pieces
• News reports
• Summaries
