Gr. 7 & 8 Registration Info for September 2020

Elementary Registrations:

Parents interested in registering their child at St Thomas Aquinas CHS for Grade 7 and 8 can download the attached required registration forms found below.

Please note that in addition to these forms, parents must also provide the following documents:

A copy of your child’s latest report card

A copy of your child’s IEP (Individual Education Plan) if applicable
A copy of your child’s Birth certificate
A copy of your child’s Baptismal certificate
Proof of address (this requirement can be met by providing a copy of either a hydro bill, phone bill or property tax bill). Please ensure that the parent name and address appear on the document provided for proof of residency.

Please be advised that due to the unusual circumstances surrounding COVID-19, new student registrations for the 2020-2021 school year will close on August 14, 2020. This cut-off date is to ensure that appropriate planning can be done for the September startup. Given that we are unsure at this time of what the return to school will look like, we must plan for all scenarios, and therefore ask that you register your child as soon as possible. Any registrations received after August 14 will be reviewed, placed on a wait list, and parents will be contacted in September. We look forward to working with our existing and new families, and will do our best to accommodate new student registrations as we move forward during this unique time in education.

If you need to register your child for September, please visit www.cdsbeo.on.ca and complete the online registration as soon as possible (and before August 14). For new secondary student registrations, please contact the school directly to register.
