*************** Is it fair to to cancel refugee claimants' access to our healthcare?*******************
Corey Michaels writes: "It's not cancelling their access, it's adjusting the level of benefits to match those of
provincial health care plans such as OHIP. This is equal treatment. It's as fair as you can get."
Sean Williams writes: "No. Let them pay taxes first - like everyone else!"
Craig Milton writes: "...It's such a pile of baloney that a person who's never spent a dime here, never spent an hour
here, never worked a day here, never contributed anything EVER to here, can come here and get free health care to
start off with... It's a slap in the face to all Canadians who've worked their butts off and contributed to make
this heath care system the mess it is today -- Health care in Canada is NOT free, it costs me an arm and a leg and it's
just not right that an outsider can jump over here and start pillaging our resources -- and there's NO ONE who's going
to convince me they don't, I've been witness to it directly and it's a burden on US."
Charlie Currie writes: "No. Once they have pre-paid their share of the national debt...by all means dive in and donate
a couple organs along the way."
